Regular meetings of SOHI KUBWA DISTRICT took place on the last Saturdays of the month. As a result of COVID-19 protocol, the meetings were held outdoors, where members were seated with reasonable distancing from one another. The meetings usually commenced with the Word of God, thereafter demonstrating knowledge of Proverbs and their morals, Riddles, Tongue twisters and Folktales. Proverbs are extremely important, because they complement speeches through embellishment and are said to be “the oil used for eating (lubricating) words.”
